HEALTHY & TASTY DETOX SOUP

In fact, this wonderful soup has been on the menu for me for years. It has seemed somehow too simple and common to share. After the holidays, where we usually have a lot of heavy food, it is truly perfect. Today I made a very fast version of this soup, because we were hungry as wolves. Anyway, you need:

-Celery
-Cabbage (fresh early cabbage was sold in the shop and it is extra delicious
-Tomato (especially yummy if you blender it) I just cut it into pieces
-Onion, garlic
-Eco broth from an organic store
-Season it with salt, pepper. I add fresh chili
-Red beans

I've also added carrots and peppers, but I didn't have them at home right now.

Fry the garlic and onion. Add water and  boil, then pour in the chopped vegetables. Add spices and cook for 30-40 minutes. Add the beans and boil for another 5 minutes.

Celery is a real superfood that cleanses the body, lowers cholesterol, lowers blood pressure, etc. Enjoy!

Tegelikult see imeline supp on olnud menüüs mul juba aastaid, aga on tundunud kuidagi liiga lihtne ja tavaline, et seda jagada. Peale pühi, kus on söödud palju liha ning muud rasket toitu on see tõeliselt ideaalne. Täna tegin veel eriti kiire variandi sellest supist, sest suur supi nälg oli!  Igastahes, vaja läheb:

-Seller
-Kapsas(poes müüdi värsket varajast kapsast ning sellega on ekstra maitsev
-Tomatit(eriti hea on siis, kui viitsid ise läbi blenderdada) Mina lõikasin lihtsalt tükkideks
-Sibul, küüslauk
-Puhas puljong ökopoest
-Maitsetamiseks sool, pipar. Soovi korral ka tšilli
-Punased oad, supp on oluliselt täitvam

Olen ka lisanud porgandit ja paprikat, aga seda mul parajast kodus ei olnud.

Prae küüslauk ning sibul. Lisa vesi ning lase keema ning seejärel kalla sisse hakitud köögiviljad. Lisa maitseained ning keeda 30-40 minutit. Kusagil 15-10 minutit enne lõpetamist lisa ka oad. Head nautimist!
