Foodie time: DIY banana ice-cream
I have been experimenting with food lately. And this time I can present you super easy and healthy ice-cream, with no milk! Banana will not chrystalize, it will end up creamy like an ice-cream should be. All you need is:
*Few bananas
*Blender
*And some will
Peel about 3 bananas(2 portions), slice them and leave
them to the freezer for few hours. Blender them, it might be a little
difficult, but worth the result. I added a little coconut cream as
well.
Feel free to garnish your masterpiece with whatever you like. This is insane.
